Where is my data stored, and is my assessment private?
Your privacy is guaranteed. The assessment runs 100% locally inside your web browser. Your responses are never transmitted to, processed by, or stored on our servers.
Will my boss, employer, or colleagues ever see my answers?
No. Because we do not store your individual answers or email on our servers, there is no database for anyone to access. Your results exist only on the screen and device you used to complete the test.
⏱️ Technical Troubleshooting
I closed my browser tab by accident. Can I resume where I left off?
Because we do not store your data on a server for privacy reasons, closing or refreshing your browser tab will reset the assessment. You will need to start over, but taking it only takes about 4 minutes!
My report didn't generate or the screen froze. What should I do?
First, ensure you aren't using an aggressive ad-blocker or script-blocker that might prevent web apps from rendering. Try refreshing the page or switching to an Incognito/Private window.

How long does the assessment take?
The assessment consists of 35 quick Yes/No questions and takes less than 4 minutes to complete.
What if I'm torn between "Yes" and "No" on a question about my boss?
Go with your immediate gut reaction. Overthinking specific edge cases leads to less accurate profiles. Base your answer on how your boss acts most of the time under normal work conditions.
Can I profile a former boss or a prospective manager?
Yes, as long as you have observed enough of their behavior to answer the questions reliably.
